ABOUT ME

I am Dr. Noémi Nagy, a certified psychologist (University of Pécs, 2014) and life coach (VistaVerde, 2017).
Psychology and spirituality have fascinated me since my teenage years. My own journey of self-discovery has included, among other things, Reiki, kinesiology and astrology. Both my professional work and my worldview are grounded in the integral approach, which I also studied extensively at the Integral Academy between 2018 and 2020.
I genuinely believe in people's capacity for growth and transformation, and I enjoy accompanying them on that journey. I believe that there are no impossible life situations—only opportunities for learning. Every person has the ability to rise after a fall and, like the phoenix, emerge stronger and wiser.
INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
I primarily work from my practice in the Donátus district of Pécs, Hungary, but I also offer online sessions. Sessions are available in both Hungarian and English.
I work from an integral perspective, combining coaching methodology with a range of psychological approaches and theoretical knowledge. I tailor each process intuitively to the client's individual needs, goals and worldview.
Coaching is typically an 8–10 session process built around structured, future-oriented conversations and practical tools. Together we explore your challenges, clarify your goals and find solutions that fit your own path—whether you are facing a major life transition or a smaller everyday dilemma.
I CAN SUPPORT YOU
in many areas, including (but not limited to):
| personal development | |
| self-awareness | |
| finding direction and purpose | |
| lifestyle change | |
| workplace conflicts | |
| career transition | |
| relationship challenges |
Couples are also welcome. In fact, when the issue concerns the relationship itself, working together is often the most effective approach.
I believe the solution is already within you—I simply help you find the key.
ABOUT INTEGRAL THEORY
Integral Theory was developed by the American philosopher Ken Wilber. Since the early 2000s it has evolved into a distinct professional approach within psychology, although it is still relatively little known in Hungary.
The integral approach offers a comprehensive framework that brings together Western psychological and psychotherapeutic theories with Eastern philosophical and spiritual traditions. Rather than reducing people to a single aspect of their lives, it seeks to understand the whole person by considering physical, psychological, cultural and social dimensions simultaneously. In my experience, this holistic perspective provides the most coherent way of understanding human nature and personal development.
When you work with me, this perspective forms the foundation of our sessions—even if you have never heard of Integral Theory before.
You can find more information about the integral approach on the website of the Integral Academy.
